My project was quite large, a complete renovation of my two bedroom condominium. My condo was very
outdated so everything had to be replaced ,even floors and the doors.
By re-locating the entrance into my kitchen , you greatly enhanced its size and function. It was easy to see from
the very beginning , that you are quite knowledgeable and that you care about quality of product and
workmanship. You take pride in the work you do.

In a condominium ,where there are restrictions to challenge you , you could easily find solutions. You always put
my mind at ease and reassured me and were successful at every turn.

Your talent for design ideas and creativity ,enriched my remodeling experience. Your small touches and crafty
ideas were greatly appreciated. Your tradesman were highly qualified ,respectful,polite ,and punctual. What
really impressed me was the attention you gave to detail. Especially so ,when directing your employees, then
following-up with their work. I could see that your tradesman have a great deal of respect for you and your
instruction. It is obvious that you are well liked ,and an expert in many aspects of the building and renovating
industry. Your ability and workmanship as a professional, goes far beyond that o bath and kitchen renovation.

The two bathroom projects are finished & we are delighted with the finished product:  one main bath room and
another main floor powder room.

This was an extensive project in that you had to remove every thing back to the 2 X 4s, remove false ceilings and
rearrange all new fixtures, all in new locations.

The bathroom designer was not very helpful and you had a number of mistakes to correct. You & your team
resolved every problem thrown at you.

We both wanted to thank Joe and you for your persistence, you got the job done.
